As New York’s most original team building event, WITS Team Building Workshops, are a fun, low impact, and dynamic program designed to bring employees together, create a fun and collaborative workplace, and improve employee morale in an innovative way using the concepts of improv comedy.

Brought to you by the folks at the National Comedy Theatre, WITS team building workshops are a custom designed series of activities that will have your group playing together, laughing together and bonding in a fun and low stress environment.

The workshop is a series of increasingly challenging activities that somewhat resemble college drinking games (only without the alcohol) combined with Survivor challenges, brain teasers, races and more. They are based on the premise of improv theatre and will encourage your group to say YES to ideas and not have any fear of sharing their own.

The New York City team building workshops can be presented in any open room, large enough for your group to stand in a large circle. Typically, the workshops can be presented in a hotel meeting room, but we can come to your office, or help you find a space that will be suitable. We have used rehearsal studios, restaurants, ballrooms and more throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, as well as nationwide.
